If we change this Privacy Policy, we will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days before the change takes effect.

The Information We Collect

We may require people who register to use or access the Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd Offerings to give us certain information about themselves and/or their company. The Way We Use Information

Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd uses the information we collect to operate, maintain, improve, and provide to our users and customers the Infobrain. We may also use the information to contact customers and potential customers to discuss an interest in Infobrain Offerings, and to send communications such as promotion and event announcements regarding Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd or our partners. We may also e-mail a customer newsletter and updates about the Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd. You can opt out of receiving these communications at any time by e-mailing support@infobraintech.com.

Any and all financial and billing information that we collect through the Infobrain Offerings is used only to check the qualifications of potential customers and to bill customers for the Infobrain Offerings. Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such data except in connection with providing such Infobrain, as provided in the User Agreement or in an applicable written agreement between Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd and that customer, or as may be required by law. Users of the Infobrain Offerings are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords. Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd may view or access individual records only in order to resolve a problem or support issue with the Website or the Infobrain Offerings.

Infobrain Technologies Pvt.Ltd may use one or more third-party intermediaries to manage credit-card processing or provide services on behalf of Infobrain. Such intermediary(s) shall be restricted from using such information except in the course of providing services to Infobrain or to you.

Infobrain may also collect additional information, such as Internet addresses and other non-personally identifiable information, from users of the Infobrain Offerings. Child Protection

We do not offer services to, or target, persons under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, we will purge any information we receive from people we believe to be children under 13 from our database and cancel the corresponding accounts.
